If the building's heating system is not functioning as expected and the indoor temperature drops, we recommend first checking that the heat pump is running and that there are no error messages on the display.
- If heating system issues occur shortly after the installation of HeatAdapt, i.e., within 1-2 days, we recommend disabling price-based control in the web app and contacting the company that performed the HeatAdapt installation.
- If HeatAdapt has been in use for some time, we recommend contacting your heat pump installer or maintenance specialist to identify the cause of the issue. In the meantime, we suggest disabling price-based control in the web app.
