Installing HeatAdapt
Developed in collaboration with heat pump specialists, the HeatAdapt device and its installation process are designed to ensure smooth and efficient setup.
Installation prerequisites
- Power and signal cable (not included)
- Tools for completing electrical connections
- WiFi signal at the heat pump's location*
- A smartphone, tablet or laptop
*If there is no WiFi coverage, the installation can be completed, but the customer will have to configure WiFi afterwards.
Installation process tailored for heat pumps

Create an installer account app.eleflex.ai/installer
and start a new installation with the serial number

The HeatAdapt installation process is designed to guide you through all the installation steps.
During installation, the heat pump model-specific guide is shown, including the corresponding wiring diagram.

Once installation is finished, the customer connects HeatAdapt to their account using the device’s serial number.
✔️ Setup complete! HeatAdapt automatically controls the heat pump based on building data, electricity prices, and weather forecasts.
