The HeatAdapt service operates on an annual subscription, which covers the daily retrieval of electricity prices and location-specific weather forecasts, as well as the generation of building-specific heating schedules. The subscription also includes automatic software updates for the HeatAdapt controller.
The annual subscription is essential to ensure the long-term functionality of the service. If you discontinue the subscription (e.g., switch to a fixed-rate plan), daily heating schedules will no longer be generated, and price-based control will cease. The service can be resumed later.
The first year’s subscription is included with the installation of HeatAdapt. In the following year, HeatAdapt will send a payment link to the user’s email.
